European wind power development is the most dazzling, and its wind power installed capacity accounts for more than 70% of the world's wind power installed capacity. The reason why it develops so fast mainly depends on the guidance of the government. For example, Germany subsidizes the development of renewable energy through the "renewable energy law". Denmark, on the other hand, implements state financial subsidies for green power by imposing carbon dioxide emission tax, including electricity price subsidy, investment subsidy and scientific research subsidy, and stipulates the amount of wind power that must be purchased out of the grid.
