■The whole machine is composed ofan extruder, a cuting machine and a packaging machine.The exclusive development of a quantitative servo cutting machine greatly improves cutting speed, stability, and weight accuracy;

■The extruder adopts double-row gears to fully seal the gearbox, and each output input shaft is sealed by a seal ring (can be filled with lubricating oil,oil);

■The extruder adopts independent man-machine operation, large screen and PLC control system ;

■The extruder, screw. and barrel structures adopt the integrated 304 stainless steel welding process. which is simple and easv to clean;

■The packaging machine adopts a double frequency control system. which allows the bag length to be set and cut immediately, without the need to adiust the cmpty walkl One step in place saving time and fm: (Can bu customized servo control svstem);

■The parameter setting ofthe human interface is convenient and fast, with fault self-diagnosis function and clear fault display at a glance;

■High sensitivity photoelectric eye color tracking, digital input of sealing position, making the sealing position more accurate;

■Positioning shutdown function, without sticking knives or wasting film;

■Simple transmission system, more reliable work, more convenient maintenance; 

■The extruder adopts independent man-machine operation, large screen and PLC control system;
